Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all qualifying orders within the United States.
If expedited or express shipping is selected, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Expedited delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping service and destination.
Tracking Information
Once your package ships, tracking details will be emailed to you automatically. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. HydorX is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Shipping Delays
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or high shipping volume. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
